Bagou Celebrates Gov. Diri At 67, Hails His Remarkable Transformational Leadership

A former Technical Assistant and serving Senior Special Assistant to the Bayelsa State Governor on General Duties, Mr. Preye Bagou, has extended warm felicitations to his boss and father-figure, His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri, on the auspicious occasion of his 67th birthday anniversary.

In a congratulatory message issued on the governor’s birthday, Bagou described Governor Diri as a pragmatic leader, a bridge-builder, and a statesman whose commitment to the development, peace, and progress of Bayelsa State has earned him widespread admiration and respect.

According to the benefactor, the governor’s style of leadership and governance is basically characterized by humility, compassion, inclusiveness, and an unwavering dedication to the welfare of the people of the State.

He noted that Senator Douye Diri has continued to demonstrate remarkable courage and vision in steering the affairs of the state, while ensuring that the dividends of democracy, and good governance transcends to all communities through infrastructure.
