CONGRATULATIONS CHIEF DR. SAMUEL OGBUKU – EGBA

I congratulate my friend and political associate, Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku on his appointment as Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.

His appointment is well deserved as he is fully abreast of the challenges in the
Niger Delta.

I am confident that he will do creditably well, giving his antecedents especially as former Chief of Staff in the administration of Chief Timipre Sylva.

My prayer for him is to be dutiful and not to compromise the confidence reposed in him. May God grant him the grace to succeed.

May I hail President Muhammadu Buhari for finding Chief Samuel worthy of the appointment even as I commend our Boss and leader the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Sylva for always facilitating the appointments of young, vibrant and competent persons from Bayelsa State.
