Chief Inko Brightstar Congratulates PAP Delegates Over Successful Training, Commends Amnesty Boss

The National Publicity Secretary of the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Inko Brightstar a.k.a Whoknows Tomorrow, has congratulated successful delegates of the maritime training at the Joemarine institution.

Presidential amnesty programme undergoes various trainings of delegates in different specializations in order to be productive assets to society for the purposes of useful engagement and self-employment.

Chief Brightstar in a statement, extended his warm congratulations to all delegates who recently completed their training successfully in a maritime institution in Delta State, under the sponsorship of the presidential amnesty programme.

“I wish to convey my warmest congratulations to all the delegates who recently concluded their training programme successfully in a maritime institute in Delta State under the sponsorship of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

The national publicity secretary of the third phase leadership of PAP while highlighting the importance of the maritime training, described it as a significant milestone in the journey to be productive assets of society.

“This is a significant milestone in your personal and professional journey to be productive assets in society and self-development.

Chief Brightstar said the delegates earned the opportunity of the training programme in the maritime institution, as a result of their dedication and commitment to the presidential amnesty programme towards service delivery in society.

“Your dedication and commitment have earned you this well-deserved opportunity, as the training has undoubtedly positioned you all for future success, and contribute to the growth and development of our nation.

He commended the Administrator of the Programme, Chief Dennis Otuaro, Ph.D, for his tireless efforts in creating training opportunities for the ex-agitators to be reintegrated into the society as productive assets.

“I also commend the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, for his tireless efforts in providing opportunities for ex-agitators to reintegrate them into the society.

The third phase spokesman, urged the amnesty administrator to remain steadfast in his commitment towards improving the programme by disregarding distractions and negative reactions from those who seek to undermine his good works.

“I urge him to remain steadfast in his commitment to this noble cause, disregarding the distractions and negativity from those who seek to undermine his good works.

Chief Brightstar appealed to the amnesty boss, Dr. Otuaro to create a part-time scholarship programme for ex-agitators who have come of age, and may not be able to write jamb and other preliminary examinations required to be admitted into higher institutions.

He said the provision will encourage the ex-agitators to acquire good education on part-time scholarship basis, adding that the knowledge acquired will contribute to the development of the region and the nation, as the ultimate purpose of the establishment of the programme.
