PAP Chairman Commends NDDC, Amnesty Bosses Over Devt. Initiatives In Niger Delta
The National Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme Third Phase, Gen. Elaye Slaboh, on behalf of the people of the Niger Delta region has expressed profound gratitude to the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro and the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku for their unwavering commitment to the well-being and development of the region.
This appreciation stems from the recent initiatives undertaken by both organizations, particularly during the past Christmas season.
