Salga Council Boss, Mrs Alice Felicitates Senator Dickson @59

The Executive Chairman of Sagbama Local Government Area, Hon. (Mrs) Alice Tangi Allen, has felicitated the Senator representing Bayelsa West Senatorial District, His Excellency, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson on his 59th birthday celebration today.

In a congratulatory message by the Chief Press Secretary to the Council Chairman, Comrade ThankGod Ebilamowei, Mrs Allen described Senator Dickson as an exceptional, visionary, eloquent leader and elder statesman, whose dedication to public service is commendable.

The council chairman on behalf of the good people of Sagbama Local Government Area, commended the former governor for his relentless efforts and contributions towards improving the welfare of the people of Bayelsa west senatorial district, the state, Niger Delta, Ijaw nation.

Mrs Allen described Senator Dickson as a selfless and visionary leader whose unwavering commitment towards the growth and development of Bayelsa west senatorial district, the state and beyond is worthy of emulation and commendation.

Describing the senator as an ideal mentor and leader with strong moral ethics and leadership attributes, she reiterated his love and passion towards his constituents, by attracting various developmental projects to the senatorial district.

The council boss prayed to God Almighty to continue to strengthen and guide the senator, and by extension, creating the enabling environment for him to continue to excel in the performance of his legislative business and others.

The statement read in parts: “Birthday celebrations and wishes serves as show of appreciation, demonstration of care, provision of encouragement, acknowledgement of one’s life’s milestone.

“It also strengthens one’s relationships, creating stronger bond, as well as showing sense of accomplishment and renewal of rebirth.

Ebizimor Sapere -Obi, the Stakeholders, Supervisors, Management Staffers, other Political Appointees and indeed all Council Workers sent a warm message of felicitation to the former Executive Governor of Bayelsa State His Excellency Sen., Henry Seriake Dickson who is now the Senator representing Bayelsa West Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate.

“Describing the celebrant as an exceptional leader and Statesman, she pointed out that the his dedication to public service and commitment to the growth and development of his people have been truly inspiring.

“Your selfless services, visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to the development your people which include Educational Reforms, Healthcare Development, Infrastructural development are shining signposts of your commendable leadership prowess” the Sagbama Council Chairman stated.

“Characterizing him as a leader laced with a very clear direction and strategic thinking, Hon. Alice Tangi Allen poured encomiums on the Senator for paying high premium on the educational sector of our economy, drawing reference to the establishment of the HENSARD UNIVERSITY which has added great impact on the people of Niger Delta region and beyond.

“While defining the Senator as an ideal Mentor with a strong moral ethics and self awareness, she reiterated his love for his Constituents by establishing a Fire Fighting Station which according to her was a very crucial asset to any society as it provides numerous benefits such as rapid response to fire issues, Fire Suppression, community safety, Medical emergency, rescue operations, job creation etc.
