APC Extends Aspirants’ Forms Sale, Submission & Screening Deadlines

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially extended the deadline for the sale and submission of its Expression of Interest and Nomination forms, as well as the screening process for the 2027 general elections, respectively.

The extension signaling adjustments in the party preparations for the 2027 general elections, ranging from state and national assembly, governorship and presidential elections next year.

A statement issued by the Publicity Secretary, Mr Felix Morka, CON, the APC reflected both logistical considerations and heightened interest among party aspirants nationwide for various offices.

The original deadline was scheduled to end on May 2, 2026, the sale of forms has now been extended to midnight on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, while the submission of completed forms will close at midnight on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

The Rescheduled Extensions Are:

• Sale of Forms: Extended to midnight, Wednesday, 6th May 2026

• Submission of Forms: Extended to midnight, Thursday, 7th May 2026

• Screening of Aspirants: Friday, 8th May 2026 – Tuesday, 12th May 2026

• Publication of Screened Aspirants: Wednesday, 13th May 2026
