Ayakoro Throne: Kolokolo Hails Ogbuku As Obenema

The South-South Ex-officio of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Francis Kolokolo, Esq, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku on his conferment as the Paramount Ruler and Obenema of Ayakoro Community in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

Hotnews quoting the congratulatory message made available to newsmen, Barr. Kolokolo described the historic occasion as a divinely orchestrated event that marks the beginning of a new chapter in the leadership and development of Ayakoro Community.

According to him, Dr. Ogbuku’s emergence as the traditional ruler is not only a recognition of his outstanding leadership qualities but also an affirmation of the trust and confidence the people of Ayakoro have reposed in him over the years.

Barr. Kolokolo noted that Dr. Ogbuku has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership capacity, wisdom, and commitment to the welfare of his people, expressing confidence that his reign as the Obenema of Ayakoro would further strengthen peace, unity, and sustainable development.

He stated that the conferment provides another opportunity for Dr. Ogbuku to showcase his leadership prowess and dedication to preserving the rich cultural heritage and traditions of the Ogbia people, particularly the people of Ayakoro.

“I have always been confident in the leadership abilities of Dr. Samuel Ogbuku from antiquity. His track record of service, commitment to community development, and ability to unite people are qualities that have distinguished him over the years.

“This new responsibility as the Obenema of Ayakoro Community will undoubtedly be another platform for him to positively impact the lives of his people,” Kolokolo said.

The APC chieftain further emphasized that Dr. Ogbuku’s innate qualities of fostering unity, promoting development, and building consensus among diverse groups would greatly contribute to the progress and stability of Ayakoro community.

Barr. Kolokolo also used the opportunity to commend the people of Ayakoro for the peaceful and successful celebration surrounding the conferment ceremony.
