Brightstar Celebrates Boss, Gen. Slaboh On His Birth Anniversary

National Publicity Secretary of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Gen. Inko Brightstar a.k.a Whoknows Tomorrow, celebrates his boss, Gen. Elaye Slaboh on the auspicious occasion of his birth anniversary.
