Group Commends Highlife, Congratulates Peremobowei Education Support Fund Beneficiaries

A prestigious non-governmental political organization, Bayelsa West Youth Advocates has commended the humanitarian deeds of Engr Humphrey Highlife Peremobowei, through his foundation, Peremobowei Education Support Fund in rendering financial support to undergraduate students in different tertiary institutions across the Country.

The prestigious non-governmental organization also congratulated the education support fund beneficiaries who are indigenes of the state schooling in different tertiary institutions across the country, adding that the humanitarian deeds of the youthful leader, Engr Highlife is compared to known with a comparative analysis of his peer group.

One of the beneficiaries of the Peremobowei Education Support Fund, Mr Smart Ebikeme appreciated the kind-hearted gesture of the philanthropist, Engr Highlife for rendering such unprecedented financial support to undergraduate students in different tertiary institutions across the country, from his own personal purse which is highly commendable.

Mr Smart added that the rare opportunity and privilege himself and others benefited from the generous youthful leader is not just a mere financial support, but should be preferably called a sponsorship of the beneficiaries throughout their studies in their respective tertiary institutions, which he lacks the right words to express his profound gratitude to the generous leader.

The spokesman of the prestigious organization, Mr Tony Famous while addressing newsmen in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital, applauded the uncommon generous deed of the philanthropist, Engr Highlife for finding it necessary and important to render financial support to undergraduate students in different tertiary institutions in order to facilitate their studies in school.

Mr Famous stated categorically that such uncommon kind-hearted gestures of private individuals using personal funds to sponsor students in tertiary institutions should be commended and appreciated with profound gratitude, stressing that most undergraduate students in tertiary institutions drop out of school due to lack of necessary financial support to complete their studies in school.

“The education support fund was established in the year 2018, with immediate commencement of funds disbursement to privileged beneficiaries, which over five people of the unknown total number of beneficiaries under the education support fund have graduated from their respective tertiary institutions for the past months and preparing for national youth service corps” he said.

Mr Famous further stated that the education support fund will incorporate more undergraduate students in different tertiary institutions in the coming year, with the sole purpose of reducing the financial burden of the parents of undergraduate students who might be having financial challenges to complete their educational journey in their respective tertiary institutions.

“The primary objective behind the establishment of the education support fund by the philanthropist, Engr Highlife is to ameliorate the financial challenge of undergraduate students studying in different tertiary institutions whose parents and family members might not be able to render the necessary financial support to them during their studies in school” he said.

Mr Famous further appealed to other private individuals and organizations to follow the footsteps of Engr Highlife, in rendering such financial support to undergraduate students who are schooling in different tertiary institutions, and don’t have the necessary financial support to complete their educational journey in their respective tertiary institutions.
