APC Ward 11 Sensitization Strengthens Grassroot As Delegation Receive Defectors

Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ward 11 under Sagbama Constituency II in Sagbama Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, on Friday embarked on a sensitization tour across the ward to appreciate members for their unwavering commitment, loyalty, and steadfast support for the party.

The sensitization tour, which attracted party leaders, elders, women, youths, and grassroots supporters, was aimed at strengthening the party support base structure ahead of future political engagements while fostering unity among members at the grassroots.

Addressing party faithful during the visit, the stakeholders expressed gratitude to members for their resilience and dedication despite political challenges confronting them.

The party stakeholders commended the sacrifices of loyal supporters who have continued to identify with the APC and assured them that their commitment would not go unnoticed.

The APC stakeholders sensitization delegation emphasized the need for members to remain united, focused, and committed to the ideals of the party, stressing that unity remains the foundation for electoral success and sustainable political party growth.

They also encouraged supporters to continue mobilizing more people into the APC, noting that the party remains the preferred platform for delivering quality leadership and development.

Major highlight of the ward grassroot sensitization exercise, was the defection of several members from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), and other political parties into the APC.

The mass defectors, cited the growing popularity of the APC in Bayelsa State, due to the all-inclusive, peaceful and unifying leadership style of the leader of the party, Governor Douye Diri, and their desire to be part of a progressive political movement for a better future.

Commending the Governor and his Deputy for repositioning the APC in the State, they pledged their loyalty and commitment to working with other members of the party to ensure the continued growth, and success of the APC in Ward 11, and the Constituency.

Welcoming the new members, the APC stakeholders assured them of equal opportunities within the party, urging them to actively participate in party activities and contribute meaningfully to strengthening the APC at all levels.

The sensitization tour concluded with a renewed commitment by party leaders and members to intensify grassroots mobilization, sustain internal cohesion, and build a formidable political structure capable of delivering overwhelming victories for the APC in future elections.

Stakeholders who were part of the sensitization tour includes; Barr. Ebi Mounkurai, Hon. Tamunobere Oguoh, Hon. Tobi Ebikidimie, Hon. Akuna Ebi, Hon. Ken Okosikeme, Dr. Victor Omgbou, Hon. Newyear Okoringa, Mr Tariladei Jack, Pastor John Dagana.

Others are; Dr. Timipere Okumbiri, Hon. Igolukumo Tari, H.E, Mrs Nestor Martha Binabo, Hon. Ifie Highlife, Kemes Amgbare, Ebis Okpeke, Preye Bagou, Dimie Peres Jonah, Lady Pere Lulu Reuben, Tamaranebi Abacha, Akpos George amongst others.
