Dickson Commiserates With Late Luke Godday’s Family

Former Governor of Bayelsa State and Senator representing Bayelsa West Senatorial District, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson and his team, paid a condolence visit to the family of Late, Dr. Luke Godday Raymond at his residence in Yenagoa.

The deceased, Late Dr. Luke Godday Raymond before his sudden death, he was a senior lecturer in Niger Delta University Wilberforce Island, Amassoma, who made commendable contributions with his vast knowledge, experience in lecturing, administrative functions.

He was also a seasoned politician who was a team-player with his wealth of knowledge and ideas in political issues whose commitment, resilience and dedication towards the peace, unity and development of the senatorial district and beyond, is tremendously commendable.

Senator Dickson described the deceased as a dependable brother and friend whose tremendous efforts and contributions in his political journey before his sudden death cannot be overemphasized basically.

He added that the deceased, Late Dr. Luke lived a life of humility, friendliness, kind-heartedness, oneness and peace whose lifestyle and personality is worthy of emulation by others and younger generations in various areas of life.

The former governor and national lawmaker was accompanied by critical stakeholders, leaders, elders, women and youths from the senatorial district and beyond for the condolence visit to sympathize with members of the deceased family.

Senator Dickson sympathizing with members of the deceased family, prayed to God to give the family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss, adding that his enormous contributions will be greatly missed.

He added by praying to God to grant the departed soul eternal rest, stressing that his presence will be greatly missed by many people.
