Gov. Diri Inspects Nembe-Brass, Commends Progress Of Work

Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, has commended the contracting construction company of the ongoing historical Nembe-Brass road on the rapid progress made so far, to ensure timely completion of the road for the use of residents.
Hot News gathered that the remarkable Nembe-Brass road was conceived by the Prosperity Government led by Senator Douye Diri to link the two local government areas and the state by road in order to boost socio-economic activities.
Governor Diri who visited the project site with government functionaries and pressmen, appreciated the progress of work done on the 120 meters distance second bridge of the first phase of the road project.
The state helmsman further assured the contracting company of the prosperity government’s unwavering commitment in funding the project to ensure the timely completion of the project due to its importance.
The Contracting Construction Company Project Manager, Mr Hazem Najjar while appreciating the governor and the government for full funding of the project, said the 120 meters distance second bridge will be completed in 6 months time.
The historical road project when completed and commissioned for public use, will immensely improve socio-economic activities in the benefiting local government areas, the state and the nation at large.
