Ayodele Known For Fake Prophecies – Bayelsa NDC

The attention of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has been drawn to certain statements and so-called prophecies circulating in the public space regarding the future of the party.

Since the historic unveiling of the Nigeria Democratic Congress barely a week ago, the response from Bayelsans, the Ijaw Nation, and well-meaning Nigerians across the country has been overwhelmingly positive.

The inspiring address delivered by His Excellency, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, Founder of the NDC and Senator representing Bayelsa West has ignited hope and renewed political consciousness among the people. Consequently, notable political actors and stakeholders from different parts of the country have continued to identify with and show interest in the NDC.

However, it has come to our notice that in a desperate attempt to create doubt and slow down the growing momentum of this people-driven movement, some politicians have allegedly sponsored certain individuals to issue negative and misleading prophecies about the future of the NDC. One of such individuals is Primate Elijah Ayodele.

The public is therefore advised to treat such politically motivated statements with caution and disregard any attempt to use religion as a tool to demoralize supporters of the NDC and the broader movement for national renewal.

The Nigeria Democratic Congress remains focused on its mission of providing credible leadership, people-centered governance, and a new political direction for Nigeria.

It is important to emphasize that the NDC respects religious institutions and the right of individuals to express their beliefs.

However, religion should never be weaponized to manipulate public opinion or undermine democratic movements driven by the will of the people.

At this crucial moment in our nation’s history, Nigerians expect voices of influence to contribute meaningfully to solving pressing national challenges such as insecurity, unemployment, and economic hardship.

Primate Ayodele’s prophecies are drawn from media analysis and he is known for his politically motivated, fake and always wrong prophecies and nobody takes him seriously. Ijaw Nation has better Prophets than him.

The energy spent on politically charged prophecies would be better directed toward national development and peace.

The Nigeria Democratic Congress remains confident that the movement for change will continue to grow stronger.

The enthusiasm seen across Bayelsa State, the Niger Delta, and the nation at large confirms that Nigerians are ready for a new political culture built on integrity, service, and genuine commitment to the people.

We therefore call on Bayelsans, the Ijaw Nation, Niger Deltans, and all Nigerians to remain steadfast, ignore distractions, and continue to support the Nigeria Democratic Congress as it advances its vision of national progress and inclusive development.

Together, we move forward.

Signed:

Director of New Media
Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Bayelsa State.
